The CITYMONS trailer hitch is designed to fit standard 2"x2" receivers, common to most 1/2 ton trucks and SUVs, such as the Ford F150, Chevrolet 1500, and Toyota 4Runner.

The GTW (Gross Trailer Weight) and TW (Tongue Weight) ratings depend on the size of the hitch receiver hole. The 1-inch hole model has a 7500 LBS GTW and 750 LBS TW, while the 1-1/4 inch hole model has a 10000 LBS GTW and 1000 LBS TW.

The CITYMONS trailer hitch is corrosion resistant, made from carbon steel with a gloss black powder coat finish.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

STEP 1: Install the hitch into the receiver tube and secure the restrictor plate at the edge of the receiver.

STEP 2: Open the lid, insert the key, and unlock the hitch by turning it 1/4 clockwise (the key cannot be removed).

STEP 3: Tighten the knob clockwise to secure the ball mount.

STEP 4: Lock the hitch by turning the key 1/4 counterclockwise and close the lid (the key can now be removed).

STEP 5: To unfasten, turn the knob counterclockwise after unlocking.

STEP 6: Remove the ball mount from the receiver or tow bar.

SAFETY NOTE: When using a trailer hitch receiver converter, it is crucial to ensure that the converter is securely and properly welded. The CITYMONS hitch cannot be used on unwelded converters.
